Mavericks Restaurant: Tuesdays

I love a great burger and I must give the Butter Burger a try at Mavericks Restaurant starting this Tuesday, 3/15/2011 and continuing every Tuesday.  But the catch is there is only 17 butter burgers available each Tuesday so get in line.

They grind the meat with butter, yes, that's right, butter.  My mouth is watering just thinking of the rich juicy buttery goodness.  They’re served on a house-made English muffin slathered with spiked mayo, truffled cornichons, and smoked Gouda (and with fries, of course).  Pared with a glass of wine for $17.
