New Food: Bragg LIquid Amino's

Bragg Liquid Aminos:  I heard about this product on morning TV.  I found it in my organic food section of my local grocery store so I thought I would give it a try.  I heard it was a replacement for soy sauce.  The person speaking about it was making a vegetable stir fry and added to it the liquid aminos.

I purchased a bottle and gave it a try.  Although straight up, it is not an exact soy sauce match, a bit smokier but just as salty, it is very similar and when I drizzled it onto some sauteed zucchini it added just what I was looking for.  Since it is better for me I'm going to make the switch.  The big test will be putting it over white rice.  The information below is from their website.
