Whats Happening

Looking for something to do, this weekend, next weekend or next month. Check out what's going on in the California, Bay Area or within a few hours driving distance.
I'll blog new calendar events under the label "What's Happening", mainly during the nicer weather months so if your looking for something fun to do or maybe even something to avoid you might find it here.  Or check out Road Side America app for those odd places to visit when driving around the country.

I also have some events on my radar and am also keeping a list of places I want to go.

If I still can't find anything to do maybe I can scratch something off my bucket list.

Lastly if I still can't find something that sounds interesting, here is a list of my weekend activities.
The events I've been to I'll tell you what I think.  I love to try new things and check out new places or areas of a town.  One way to do that is to check out local festivals.  A few years ago I developed festival burnout. This year I tried a few but I am no longer really into them. In case you love festivals I will list them even though they are no longer one of my favorite things to do but they do allow you to check out a new area.

Check out Spinlister, rent a bike from someone local.  Sounds like an AirBNB site for bikes

You can bring booze & food into the venue but make it a small ice chest or it won't fit under your seat. Bring a blanket or layer clothes because it will get cold at night.
