Chicken Baker by Tumbleweed Pottery

I purchased this chicken baker from Solutions catalog, Item# 83279 for $29.95 and I love it.  We call this Beer Butt Chicken because you can place the chicken over a beer can on the BBQ but you must watch it carefully.  Doing it in the oven makes it a set it and forget it until the timer goes off. You can put any liquid into the center bowl, prop your chicken on top and bake. Since the chicken is standing up it's less fatty since it's not lying in the fat while baking It's juicier because it's infused with the liquid you choose (beer, wine, juice, soda, etc.). This was a gift for me and I love it.  It is made by Tumbleweed Pottery.  There are other companies that make them but I can only vouch for mine.

UPDATE 10/6/2011:  Found this at Fresh Finds, Item# F2148 for $24.95.  Don't know who it is made by but it looks very simular.
