Great Reno Balloon Race
Sounds like a great picture opportunity since there will be hundred's of balloons however you to be an early riser and have patience because weather can cause problems. I've been to the San Ramon balloon launch with about 5 balloons and because of fog or cold weather some balloons couldn't take off.
