Door Mats and Rugs

A door mat is something that someone doesn't think of replacing often and you could use one outside of each door (front door, back door, garage door).  I tend to not replace mine until it is really worn out because it's just not something I think of.  I should replace it more often because first impressions are everything.  If you know someone who just moved in or who is moving out you can get them an outdoor mat to welcome them to the  neighborhood or as a 'help you sell' gift for new buyers.
