Weekly Catalog Finds for Outdoor Grilling

In theory these tools seem great but then the purpose of outdoor grilling is to reduce the mess or make someone else do the cooking.  Since I always cook and my husband always cleans up then it seems not fair for me to make more dishes.  If you do the clean up or don't mind making grilling messier then these tools may be for you.

Sliders for a crowd:  It doesn't make sense to make sliders for a crowd the old fashioned way but using this tool it seems like it would make things a lot easier.  One flip and 12 burgers are done.  This one from Williams Sonoma let's you grill and flip 12 burgers at once, Item# 73-2259943 for $29.95.

Fine mesh grill pan with removable handle from Williams Sonoma, Item# 73-1938968 for $29.95

Fine Mesh Chef's pan with removable handle and lid, from Williams Sonoma, Item# 05-1925924 for $29.95.  It also comes in a round mesh chef's pan (no fine mesh), Item#1925924 for $29.95

Roasting Pan:  And lastly the fine mess roasting pan from Williams Sonoma, Item# 05-1925981 for $39.95

Now if you get any of these you may need to get the cleaning brush because god knows how easy or hard this may be to clean, Item# 05-9051137 for $19.95.  You can get both the Chef's pan, the cleaning brush and the regular mesh grill pan for $79.95 through Item# 05-2417996

For now I will not be purchasing any of these because the clean up seems unbearable.  The idea is great though if you love to grill.
