Cat Litter Box - How can I make it part of my decor

In my current home I have no place for my cat's litter box.  I wish I had room in my laundry room but it's more of a hallway to the garage.  Since I got my new cat, the litter box has been moved to several locations and I don't care for any of them.  Ideally I would like it to be kept in the garage but that means cutting an escape in the door.  Leaving the door open during cold winter nights or hot summer days doesn't work out.  Ascetically it is my best option  but until I make the decision to cut a hole in the door here are some other options I was considering.  My current litter box although big and not pretty if you have a place for a litter box the Booda litter box is the best.  The steps keep the mess inside the box.  You can find these at most pet stores or search online.

There is room in the hall by the laundry room (25"x30") for the litter box but when people come over I move it because it doesn't look great right in the middle of things.  I currently have a small white table with a lamp in the corner of the hall.  It has bead board like my doors and cabinet doors and all is white.  After doing some research on line this is what I found to be my choices.

Improvements Catalog.  Item# 382043 for $129.99.  Problem with this option is I want to hide the box and the cat paw entrance makes it stand out.

This one is like a bench or can be used as a cat bed.  This may be the best option so far but it fills the space at 29.1″ long by 20.6″ wide by 20.8″ high. It’s designed to hold a standard large-sized litter pan (sized 18.5″L x 15.25″W x 5.25″H) or a high-backed litter pan (sized 18.6″L x 14.7″W x 9.8″H). This one is available on Amazon from Designer Cat box for $119.99.  Problem is the hole faces down the hall which I don't like and it's low so to to keep my lamp on it I will have to increase the height with books or some riser.  I also like how the entrance has a space before you hit the litter box, kinda like the steps of the Booda.

This one could be used as a TV cabinet however I wouldn't want it in my family room.  In my case I need a white version so it disappears.  Also on Amazon for $199.99

This is the option I finally went with.  At first I thought it was more of a bathroom wash stand but since we didn't install the towel bar it looks like a side table and I thought it would fit better in the space.  I was right.  It fit perfectly.  I originally purchase a pan to put in it but today I bought a small covered pan so that the litter will be contained.  It is not as big as my Booda but my cat is small.   I purchased it on Amazon for $68.99 which is cheaper than I have found it in other magazines.  Once I get some new litter I will introduce my cat to her new bathroom.  I hope she loves it as much as I do.
Update:  Pumpkin uses he litter box and transitioned with no problem.   Even though the litter space appears to be the same size or maybe even bigger she seems to be more awkward inside the box so she scratches around in it a ton more.  I also have to keep on top of cleaning it out so poopies don't end up outside and I have to clean up litter on the floor outside the box because she tends to toss some outside the hole.  All in all though this is a better look for my hallway and as long as I don't have a better place this turned out to be a great buy.  If you have a place, don't care about the look and the room, go for the Booda.
