Last night my sweet tooth was acting up but I didn't have anything sweet to eat in the house so instead I made something to drink. It was quite the tasty treat. My husband would have liked a chocolate drizzle on top so next time I'll give that a try. I think next time I'll try 99 Bananas instead of the raspberry liqueur to give it another taste.
RASPBERRY TRUFFLE
1 oz. vodka
¾ oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur
¾ oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur
-Whipped cream
Pour liqueurs into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into glass. Top with whipped cream.
Note: It is best when the whip cream is not stiff. If it is, once in glass, stir a bit to loosen with a swizzle stick.
