Luggage Rack for a Spare Room

I want our guest room to be a cozy inviting place for guests.  I would like it to represent me but also be generic enough that others will enjoy it and it won't feel too cluttered with my personal crap.

I've wanted a luggage rack for my guest room but probably only have a guest once per year that might use it, necessary or not? I want one of quality but not one that is too expensive.  Here is the start of my luggage rack review.  Here is what I've found so far.  As I find a few more to compair this one too I will add them and then make a purchasing decision.

Scully and Scully has one that I like.  Made of hardwood with embroidered tapestry straps and it's made in America.  Size:  22.5" x 13" x 19.5"H.  It comes in Black with black toile, Mahogany with green toile, Green with green toile and white with blue toile.  Item# P4SC13 for $95

Luggage Rack: This Porta is from Ballard Designs, Item# MI206 for $89. I like the black with red undertones and the chocolate. It appears to look a bit like bamboo.
