FABULOUS take on the Farmers Market, Eating Local and Subscriptions

Josey Baker is baking bread and if you live local (SF Bay Area) you can sign up and pick up your loaf at one of 5 locations.  It is $20 for a month subscription (1 loaf/week).  So at $5 a loaf + gas to get there; if the bread is tasty, fresh and different than what I can purchase at my local stores I'm in for at least a month or until I gain a few pounds and need to cut back on the bread consumption.  What caught my eye besides his energetic happy personality on 7Live was the sun dried tomato and bacon bread I later read about.  I mean really bacon will catch anyone's attention and of course everything is better with bacon.

Baking bread is something I'm starting to get into.  I've signed up for a class on Sourdough Starter and want to be able to make my own breads soon and experiment with new recipes.  I've made easy breads but I want to master the yeast.  I have the time so it's time to learn.

GO JOSEY!  I can't wait to sign up and try your bread.
