FROTHED MILK
1 microwaveable jar with screw top lid

Fill it no more than half way with or just as much milk as you would normally put in your coffee. Close lid tightly and shake as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Remove lid. Put in microwave for another 30 seconds. Pour milk into coffee, holding back foam with spoon. Top off with foam. Note: I use a 1 qt. mason jar with a plastic screw top lid which you can find at any hardware store and some grocery stores. I used nonfat because it is what I always have on hand but I hear whole milk is suppose to froth better.
