Made in the USA, running list

I believe we should all make an effort to buy at least a few things that are made in the USA.  I would like to purchase only US products to help support the local economy and be more green but some things are no longer made here so you don't have a choice.  I also want to make sure the things I buy made else where are following the rules of the USA, like no toxic chemicals in things we eat off of or toys kids play with.  Europe has high standards, if not higher, so if I can't find it made in the USA, Europe would be my second choice.
To help you out I am beginning a list of all the things I find that are made in the USA.  As for fresh food products look at the labels.  Vegetables and meats indicate where they come from.  As I've posted in a previous article, you don't want to buy shrimp that is imported from Asia, click here to see the original post.

Another great source of gifts and misc items is you local craft fairs during the summer months.

MADE in the USA, yea!   As I learn about more products I'll add them to this list.  If you know of some let me know.

Food:  Food is pretty easy to find made in the USA so I try to take it a step further by buying within 100 miles.
