Got the best caramels for Christmas this year. I was planning on making my own because the one's you buy at the grocery store are crap but then someone gave me these. They are from Danville Chocolates
175 E. Prospect Ave.
Danville, CA 94526

They were too die for. Creamy, ewwy and gooy. The best was plain caramel but I also liked the one's with nuts and the half caramel and half chocolate caramel. YUM. If you live in the area or are passing through stop by.
I found out about these in an Oprah magazine. I thought it would be a good idea for a Thanksgiving hostess gift or in case you can't make it, ship it directly to their home. From Ruby Jewel, these pumpkin flavored ice cream sandwiches look great. They also have other flavors if you were sending a get well or birthday gift and on their website they list local retailers so you could try them first.
Do you know someone that loves Ketchup or maybe eats too many french fries? How about getting them a personalized bottle of ketchup for that special occasion or odd ball gift.
When I saw these I thought it would be a nice gift for someone who doesn't have a lot of room or who wants to start cooking a new cuisine. These spice sets give you what you need. From PlantBrooklyn for $26. Pictured is hte Mobile Foodie Survival kit, they also have Mexican, Indian and Thai essentials.
