Food Gift: Caramels and IceCream

Got the best caramels for Christmas this year.  I was planning on making my own because the one's you buy at the grocery store are crap but then someone gave me these.  They are from Danville Chocolates

They were too die for.  Creamy, ewwy and gooy.  The best was plain caramel but I also liked the one's with nuts and the half caramel and half chocolate caramel.  YUM.  If you live in the area or are passing through stop by.

I found out about these in an Oprah magazine.  I thought it would be a good idea for a Thanksgiving hostess gift or in case you can't make it, ship it directly to their home.  From Ruby Jewel, these pumpkin flavored ice cream sandwiches look great.  They also have other flavors if you were sending a get well or birthday gift and on their website they list local retailers so you could try them first.
