Day 71 Covid19: Social Distancing Picnic

Tried some new travel/picnic recipes on Memorial Day because of Covid 19 lockdown.  Wanted assembled wrapped items.  Currently we can socialize 6 ft. apart outside where there is ventilation so I made an easy picnic of the following things and it all started with #stevenKentRagbagRed sale.  Thank goodness I had a bottle at home because I'm not able to pick up more bottles until Thurs or Friday of this week.

FOCACCIA SANDWICHES
Freshly Baked Sourdough Rosemary Focaccia bread, cut in 1x3" squares
Mayo/Mustard mix
Omaha Steak Ham
Swiss Cheese slice
Fresh Grown Alfa Sprouts

Wrap in parchment.  Place in a paper boat along with salad in foil on other half of boat.

CHINESE RAMEN SALAD

Place a piece of foil over boat.  Put in a serving of salad.  Fold foil in half and fold edges to seal.

RAGBAG RED SANGRIA
750-ml. Steven Kent Ragbag Red
1 C. orange juice
1/2 C. brandy
1/4 C. granulated sugar try none or 1-2 T. simple syrup
Fruit:
1 orange, sliced
1 apple, cored, sliced
1 C. frozen blueberries
1 C. strawberries, sliced
Finish:
12-oz. soda water

In a large pitchers mix wine, oj, brandy and simple syrup.  Slice fruit and divide among 2 pitchers.  Pour wine over each and refrigerate overnight.  When ready to serve, take a piece of each fruit from one pitchers and place in glass.  I used an 8oz. Ball jelly jar.  Pour wine over fruit, saving room to top off with soda water and ice but if you want a lot of ice use a tall glass.

Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Jello Shots:  Tasty but they didn't set up.
Guest Appearance:  Lemon Loaf Cake
